It is with great sadness and much appreciation of my babies and their families that I am announcing the closure of Birth & Women’s Center, Inc. After 4,100 babies, we celebrated our 25th anniversary on April 1, 2018.
We were intending the Birth & Women’s Center, Inc., to be purchased. After nine months of negotiation, this anticipated plan abruptly fell through. I understand you will be needing to find a new provider.
If you need further help in finding appropriate care, please feel free to contact me. I will continue to be the custodian of your medical records. You may reach me for any assistance, concerns or transfer of medical records through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by completing the contact form below.

“From the office staff, midwives, and postpartem nurses, everyone was so warm and welcoming. My husband appreciated being a big part in his daughter’s birth instead of just a bystander. After this experience it is hard to imagine having prenatal care and a birth any other way!”
“My son was born after 45 minutes of pushing! My dad, who was in the waiting room, said the whole experience reminded him of an old Western kind of birth: They could hear the newborn’s first cry after I pushed him out.”
“All of the small touches like: a glass of wine after the birth, have a meal served to you on a tray, like “breakfast in bed,” all the liquids offered to you to drink, help going to the bathroom and bathing. Every single one of these things were remembered and so appreciated. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
She believed that she could so she did.
